Excellent location! Literally a 2 minute walk to/from the bus station to the apartment. The apartment was clean, quiet and well equipped. Good TV, WiFi and hot water. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and take away places as well as convenience stores. We walked to the Mall, The Catacombs, most of the cultural sites and to the harbour. When too hot to walk hopped on the bus (flat fare 2E) Hopped on the #615 bus to spend the day at the amazing "Coral Beach" Planned to spend 2 days at Sea Anemone Apt but stayed for 5! Thank you Roman, for taking the time to ensure that the apartment met our expectations. We love Paphos so much that we are already planning our next visit.

Great location for the bus station. Ideal for a great value stay in Paphos. The apartment was clean with everything included that was required.

It's a great studio apartment for the price, it has everything you need, and all the facilities work fine. It's slightly colder and humid inside the apartment but the heating fixes that in no time. Bed is big and comfy Location wise is 2 min from one of the bus stations which is great to go to the airport. And also in-between the old part of town the the harbour, maybe 20 min on each direction.

Roman, the host, was a wonderful communicator, even in the middle of the night! It was a gorgeous studio with everything you could possibly need. Not far from the sea and restaurants and bus station. AMAZING VALUE!!!!

Location was brilliant, central, easy to get to mall, sea front, and Harbour by foot. Comfortable beds. Had all required. For the price, can’t beat it. Would stay here again.

We stayed for a last minute one night visit to Paphos. The apartment was perfect! Easy checking in process, good communication with the owner. Very spacious, nice smart tv. Very well equipped kitchen, easy parking right outside. We will return - hopefully for longer next time!

The living room had a TV with Netflix that you can have it with your own account. There was a washing machine, stove, soap for dishes, the host follows up on Booking messaging every morning. Overall great experience.
