Villas Overview

Offering villas with private pools in Paphos’ Coral Bay, Platzia Beach Villas are just 20 metres from the coast. Here you can relax out on your private terrace or in the garden with sun loungers and chairs.

The complex is located near the beach of Coral Bay and the picturesque residential area of Kisonerga. Paphos Town is approximately 7 minutes by car or by bus and the bus stop is short walk away.
Outdoor parking is free. In the surroundings you will find shops and restaurants, as well as a water park, and golf. The Akamas peninsula is just a short drive to the west and abounds with wildlife and plants.

Two twin bedrooms are on the first floor with enusite shower rooms and the master bedroom is on the ground floor with ensuite walk in shower. The lounge is a comfortably furnished and equipped with a smart TV, CD player radio and DVD. The fitted kitchen has kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric oven and an electric plated stove, microwave, full set of crockery. The barbeque (gazebo) areas have a table and chairs. The pool is 9 m x 4,5 m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, there is also an outdoor shower.

Located right on the seafront. You can relax by your private pool, or indoors in the large living areas. Two twin bedrooms are on the first floor with enusite shower rooms and the master bedroom is on the ground floor with ensuite bathtub/jacuzzi The barbeque (gazebo) areas have a table and chairs. The pool is 9 m x 4,5 m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, there is also an outdoor shower. Heated pool is extra charge upon request and agreed cost with property.

The two double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor with a large walk in shower room. The lounge is a comfortably furnished and equipped with a smart TV, CD player radio and DVD. The two bedrooms on the first floor are both en suite with large balcony to enjoy the view, table and chairs. The barbeque (gazebo) areas have a table and chairs. “Great villa outside Paphos”

Very clean property. Good location, but best with a car. The pool was great even in the winter if you get it heated. Comfy and was great for our party of 2 adults 4 kids.

The villa was very easy to live in for a family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 young children. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. The outside space was relatively compact but very adequate with separate areas. Perfectly sized pool (larger than expected) and although pool heating was expensive it was well worth it. Michael, the manager, was excellent.

The size of the house, large kitchen, proximity to the sea, possibility of having a barbecue. When we had a problem with one of the toilets, the Owner fixed it immediately.
