The apartment is very clean (spotless!) and it has all the necessary utilities (shampoos, towels, toilet paper, tost, diswaser soap, free aircondition etc.). The host is wonderful and made sure our vacation in Phapos was unforgettable. The host even prepared a small info guide for sights in Phapos and around, which shows how thoughtful he is. Would recommend!

It's a very nice place, clean. No issues. The patio is large, this apartment is perfect. Parking is free on the property.

We had four nights booked in December. The studio was for two and the cost was very reasonable. The host is very friendly and helpful and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodation was up some 20 steps so this might be an issue for some but was fine for us. The studio is spacious for two and most importantly it was clean, our number one concern. The kitchen is well equipped and you can prepare meals without too much difficulty, there is even a washing machine should you feel so inclined to get stuck into some laundry. The sleeping area is apart from the living area which is good. The bed was super comfortable which provided for a really good nights sleep. The bathroom has an over bath shower so you obviously have to climb over to get in the shower, again this may be a problem for some. We did feel that an in bath rubber mat should be provided - there is that danger of slipping getting in or out the shower and again for oldies this is a real possibility. The shower is excellent it is powerful and is easy to mix. The two seater sofa in the living area looks to be quite new but is remarkably uncomfortable, we found the dining chairs more comfy. The TV had about 12 channels all in Greek. We are always surprised that there is not one channel in each Spanish, mandarin (if that’s possible) and English, about three quarters of the world would then be catered for, but such is life. There is heating/ac. We used the heating but it struggled to get the apartment up to a really comfortable temperature. Again for many it may be fine but for us in our later 70’s we at times felt cold - keep in mind it was December it gets dark by about 5-30 so we spent a good while in the apartment but did not get really warm - a pity. Suspect the heating may have been regulated to reduce costs. At other times of the year there would have been no problem.

The apartment was very spacious and spotless clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, all essentials amenities in the kitchen, TV, aircon, washing machine, and a lovely huge balcony. Tasos, the owner, was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The apartment is situated in a nice and quite area with good connection to public transport, (we rented a car so we didn't use the public transport) plus there's plenty of parking space at the property which was great! The Coral bay beach is 12mins drive from the property, the town centre about the same distance, and 20mins drive to the airport. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely book again when we're back to Cypus! 10 out of 10!

The apartment had everything we needed, it was so clean and worth every penny. Also it was really quiet there. Didn't hear other neighbours at all. The location for us was really exciting - we also got a chance to explore Chloraka and from a little walk from our home was bus stops (one bus stop from where bus took us to the central of Paphos, Coral Bay, Lara Bay etc was a 15-20 minute walk away). The view from balcony is exceptional! We stayed 11 nights and enjoyed every second staying in our temporary Cyprus "home". :) The host was one of the most helpful, friendliest and awesome person we have met. He made sure that our stay is exceptional, wonderful and enjoyable! When again in Cyprus, we will always come back! ❤️
