- nice comfy bed - small but functional bedroom - the shred bathrooms were always clean and nice - nice terrace to sit outside - friendly staff - nice restaurant and roof top with views of Papeete

room slightly bigger than expected as 'cabin' room photo looked tiny, almost looked like one of them 'capsule' rooms you see for budget accommodation. modern facilities with a nice coffee machine, drinking water and ice machine. comfortable sitting area and helpful/friendly staff

close to the cruise onboard location, modern look for the common areas, multiple washroom/shower facilities to be shared among the travelers, has USB port for both lower and upper bunk beds

Great location and the hotel has a few places to hang out, which was very helpful before the room was ready. Cafe had great food and staff was super helpful.

We loved how accomodating the staff were. All around care and support. The guy that did the night shift was just excellent and great. Great communication, good sense of humor and kind. Very efficient with booking taxi especially when our flight got cancelled. Very attentive.
