Very close to weekend TAMU, Pizza Hut and Indian Coffee Shop (24 hrs) just nearby easy to get breakfast etc.

Super spacious, suitable for family. I booked 2 rooms for 6 adults and 1 kid. Kak Kiah and Pizza Hut is just across, kedai mamak is just down stairs, corner shop.
