The staff were great. The hotel is in a quiet location and with a great view and all the basic amenities required. However it is somewhat hilly requiring steps climb and also a good 40 minutes rides to other places. Overall no issues with few days of stay in Phuket.

We stayed at this hotel for the 5th time, and were given a free room upgrade. We had in fact two rooms, one a living area with flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen area with plates, cups, etc. and the other a quiet bedroom. The hotel is well located on a beautiful bay and there is a free shuttle to the wonderful beach of the five star sister hotel The Cape Panwa Hotel. Nearby are a number of restaurants serving good food at very reasonable prices.
