The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code.
There is no breakfast service available on Sundays and bank holidays.
Cleaning of the room is made once a week.The credit card used to make the booking as well as personal identification will be requested upon arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I did not partake their breakfast so I wouldn't know the taste of food but I saw the hall very neat and nice

Very good location - a few steps from metro station of line 5. Spacious room with comfortable beds, large bathroom, all needed kitchen equipment, large enough fridge. Very friendly staff. There are supermarkets nearby and several fast food and restaurants near the hotel.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The place was right next to the metro and there were supermarkets and places to eat near by.

Very good location right next to the metro station, very close to the canal promenade and nice walking area. Very kind and helpful staff. Small kitchenette with equipment in the room

The location is absolutely amazing! The hotel is just outside a metro entrance. It provides all basic facilities and suited us perfectly for this trip.

Excellent location close to a metro station for easy access to tourist attractions of Paris. Rooms were adequately clean for the price you pay. Arrived late on a Saturday night and got keys from a box outside (had instructions sent for this earlier that morning) keys worked fine for Saturday and Sunday. Friendly staff at reception. Good place to stay if you don't want to pay over the odds and just to shower and put your head down. Felt safe in the neighbourhood
