Clean, quiet residential area. 3 bedroom spacious villa with a private garden PLUS 1 BIG bathroom. Good heating system. Strong and consistent WiFi! BIG bathroom with dryer + washing machine. Necessary equipments such as hot spot, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, oven, microwave, iron, TV with netflix streaming, dining table, cutleries, cooking pots etc. Nice big sofa in living room. Adequate storage for clothes in cupboards. Kitchen and bathroom supplies to get you started. Manager lives across the street. She is quite friendly. Host responds to messages. Fuss free check in and check out. Delayed check out for a reasonable charge. Value for money for a big group that can use all 3 bedrooms.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our Olympic adventure. We came to Paris for the 2024 Olympic Games, and we could not afford accommodation in the city centre, but this apartment is located very close to a metro station with a direct line to the centre. There are restaurants and supermarkets around, and we had no problems related to safety in the area. The hosts were very nice, they met us on arrival even though we arrived at 11pm, and they welcomed us with a gift and very useful tips. There was also coffee, laundry detergent and some other stuff available for us. The beds were comfy and everything (AC, washing machine, TV, kitchen appliances...) worked well.

A huge apartment with a lot of beds with different levels of mattresses' comfort. It is completely equipped with all functioning home appliances. With clean linens and towels. Polite hosts, who knows several languages (fr, eng, rus). Close to the metro (40 minutes to the city center) and various grocery stores.
