The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.The property will be going through renovation works from 13 Jan 2024 until 5 Feb 2024. During this period, guest may experience some noise from 10:00 to 18:00 everyday.
No alcoholic drinks are allowed in the pool area.

We spent five nights at White Lodge. Our room was in a bungalow on the ground floor. There are also rooms right in the new/remodeled building. The room was decorated simply but it served the purpose. The pool was nice, refreshing and well maintained. There are a few sunbeds to use but they can fill up quickly. The location was great, a few minutes walk to the main shopping street. We had a rental car so the hotel parking was handy.

The environment is so peaceful and walking distance to Chenang Market.. Really worth it staying here. Will repeat again once we come to Langkawi.. Thank you so much to staff.

At first we were placed in the older room. Which is okay. But since the Aircond has a problem. We moved to a newer room which is in front of the pool! It was very nice. The staff were all so so lovely.

Make sure to ask for the newer rooms - was initally given one of the older ones, but paid little more for an upgrade. You will at least feel comfortable in the new ones - the old rooms really need renovating.

Quiet, lovely pool, good price, good restaurants near, beach abit under ten minutes walk. Staff very friendly and room cleaned everyday.
