As it is a small place . It is a more personal experience so the staff are attentive. The breakfast is very nice and a couple of restraunts are at the front. A short walk to the beach and a great atmostphere. I highly recommend this place. We had monkeys visit the pool for a drink and friendly resident cats. A great location . Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay in a spaious villa. Nothing all good

The accommodation was spacious and a great location across from the beach but was peaceful. The breakfast was varied. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The cafe on site was good and even gave out free wine on ‘ladies night’. There is a car hire company next door which we used and the car and service was fine.

Warm welcome on arrival and such a lovely room. Much bigger than the pics suggest and set around a great (and quiet) pool in a tropical garden. It really is like a huge apartment, massive comfortable bed, cosy sitting room, spacious kitchen area, great dressing room area near the bathroom and big terrace to sit and listen to tropical birdsong and see monkeys swinging through the trees. Such a change from big impersonal hotels, the staff are all really lovely and the breakfast is a real treat. You are a few minutes walk from the beach and a 10 -15 walk to the busy Penang strip. Plenty of eateries around both Western and Malaysian. We loved it.

Great location, large comfortable villa type rooms, beautiful leafy garden/pool outlook. Lovely peaceful oasis that we really enjoyed spending time in. Staff and owner were so helpful with advice and very welcoming and friendly.

The property was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Open plan kitchen / breakfast bar dining and living area with sofa and armchairs. Separate space for the bedroom, the bed was very comfortable! A large vanity space with wardrobe leading onto the semi outdoor WC and shower. Breakfasts had a nice selection including tasty omelets and coffee! The staff were very friendly and helped us book a taxi to the airport at short notice. 15/20 minute steady walk to the local shops including some bars and restaurants. A general store was a 5 minute walk away and there are plenty of places to rent scooters. In the evening we found there were more restaurants and bars set out on the main road nearer the property. As close as a 5 minute walk away. We stayed over Christmas and they left a gorgeous little food hamper in our room - with mince pies and cookies! Nice touch. If I was traveling alone I would feel very comfortable and secure here.
