The fine print
From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room, per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian identity card or valid permanent residents are exempted.The hotel will collect a refundable deposit of MYR 100 for incidental charges upon check-in.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Our package had no breakfast. Location was superb. Some room has balcony but some doesnt. We didn's have balcony.

Worth the money property. Beautiful location with a beautiful sunrise. There is one indian restaurant in the property itself with good food. Highly recommended.

Family friendly Infinity pool with sea view is extreamly good Sea view from room is awasome Room is very spacious Have a nice Family pool Away from main city ...you must have car /self transport for enjoying this location

Breakfast had a great variety, and my kids (ages 2 & 5) loved their favourites as well as trying new things. Kids pool was great, although the slide needed repairing it was minimal downtime. The views from the rooms where incredible. Staff were always helpful and great with our kids.

We were really worried about our stay after seeing reviews of lice and aircon not working and the hotel over all being run down however the stay really exceeded our expectation the room was huge the view was amazing and the bed was super comfy and the room was clean. Would recommend the resort.

Incredible view with infinity pool but one thing that about shuttles here wrong information. But other all was very good

Rooms not great. Dirty water coming from the tap the whole stay, balcony door jammed every time when opening. Rooms a bit dated and not the cleanest but the rest of the hotel very nice. The infinity pool has an amazing view and was very quiet so always had a bed. The bar behind the infinity pool had great staff and some nice simple food, location a little out the way but only 10 mins in taxi to the town and beach and very cheap Overall enjoyed my stay just a shame the room wasn’t as nice as the rest of the hotel but would recommend.

Staff were super kind! Let us check in early, and use their facilities prior to check in! Would greet us each day when we walked past reception. Restaurant staff were super helpful in helping us pick activities in the area. Staff also gave us a free upgrade!!
