The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The time spent at the villa was wonderful! Beautiful surroundings, warm and clean pool (modern water filtration system), original design of bedrooms and a huge spacious living room.Everything we needed for a comfortable vacation we had! Thank you very much to the owner who was very responsive to our requests and questions.If I ever find myself and my family on this island again, this is the first place I will look! Everything was very good!

The beautiful pool, the gym, the privacy and quietness. The spacious rooms. The General Manager, Wan was very responsive and helpful - our stay would have been diminished without him - thank you very much, Wan!
