The staff were fantastic. They were so helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and very close to the beach. They could do with some touch ups. I would definitely stay with them again. Fatin was amazing.

Very reasonably priced, good location near the beach, comfy beds and decent air conditioning. When we checked out earlier than originally planned (see below for the reasons why) they quickly arranged a refund for the days not taken to be fair. .

Great location and lovely staff. Daily chocolate delivered to the room by housekeeping. The pool was a very welcome feature in such a hot climate.

This has been our best accommodation whilst in Malaysia - and we have travel all over the country. Great location, fantastic staff. The room is a lovely design and very appealing to the eye. The breakfast in the cafe next door also has great staff and food prepared very well. A great hotel that fully deserves its rating.

The most sincere and helpful members of staff I have encountered in Malaysia, Karim, really stood out from the rest, but every member of staff was exceptional. The hotel was in a good state of repair, very open, with high ceilings and lots of airflow. Our room was exceptional—very large with plenty of space for our bags and belongings. The room was tastefully decorated with a decent-sized bed and great air conditioning. The bathroom was a decent size, and there was a balcony. The location was excellent, not too far from the beach and close to all the restaurants and cafes. It was not noisy at all considering the location. The breakfast was decent and the serving staff were just as sincere and caring as the rest of the staff we met. The hotel is spotless.
