The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.

Owners were very friendly and prompt at replying to messages. The room is quite big. There's a table and chair suitable for use with a laptop. Free hot and cold drinking water next to reception.

Everything was ok, motel is in cozy and quiet part of langkawi very near to beach. Owner was very helpful, no problem with contact. I recommend this place!

Close to main strip, staff were very helpful. Clean and had clothes drying rack for wet stuff after the beach was a nice addition. quite location

Great location, super spacious room and bed, ceiling fan (our favourite), quite and peaceful. Super friendly staff. Water dispenser available. Great place for short or long stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were lovely and helpful and we will definitely be back when we return to langkawi! Great value and only a 5 min walk to the shops and restaurants.

Perfect for that price. Service is very good. Cleanness also good. For 2 stars it's the best comfort level. Towels, teeth brushes, shampoo are presented. Aircon and fridge also presented.

We loved the fridge, private bathroom and convenient location. It was a quiet area and super close to the beach. Lovely friendly and welcoming staff and easy to contact. Special thanks to the lady who checked us in 👍
