Location was close to supermarket and restaurants, parking was available in front of our room, security was great. Pool access rooms were great

We stayed here for a month, it was a very nice room and the pool was also really good to have however there was no sun lounges which is annoying if you just want to chill at the pool. it’s a grab drive away from the main strip which can be annoying but grab was super cheap so not too bad. the only problem we had was there’s no bin so we struggled to keep the room clean. we also had suspected rats or mice in the room and we asked for the room cleaned because we found animal poo in the room. when we asked for this done the women cleaner threw a fuse and was clearly angry about this she also did start taking pictures of the room which was pretty unprofessional when we are only half way through our stay. the staff were not very good when we told them we think we have rats they just expected us to stay in there and wouldn’t change our room as they were saying it was full but we had seen empty rooms she wasn’t helpful at all. However there actually wasn’t rats we are pretty certain it turns out it was lizards and it was lizard poo we were seeing which is okay but still disappointing with what they would’ve done if there were actually rats . We got told to be quiet many times on the balcony when we were only just talking not even too late and one women below us came out saying we were slamming doors which we really weren’t doing so maybe it’s not sound proofed very well because we should be able to talk and shut doors without complaints. the room was very nice though and overall was a nice stay just minus those events.

The breakfast was terrible, it would have been better if it wasn't offered at all. Please change the menu and make proper coffee.

The location is at Pantai Tengah, which is very calm and relaxing compared to the main Pantai Cenang area. The breakfast was not much choice but sufficient and worth the price if you booked the property earlier. The cleanliness was great and room was very comfortable. Staff were kind and friendly. I would stay here again whenever I visit Langkawi!

Had an excellent stay there, with hood breakfast buffet which had awesome selection and the hotel was nicely located with 15 minutes walk to cenang beach.
