From the welcome moment everything was very warm and good. They explained everything and the room was very nice, with access to all saunas. Very clean. And the restaurant, amazing. Very good food, very good breakfast. Kind personnel, everything. We warmly recommend it. Plus the view.

Location in the woods is amazing 🌳🌲 it’s a quiet place with only forest and a few other hotels around. Close to Rila lakes. No light noise, no cars. 2 super friendly dogs in the yard are waiting to be petted 🥹 breakfast is superb! Also a big thanks to the hotel keeper. We were late for the check in and he warmly welcomed us. And was super friendly and helpful during our stay.

Lovely place, we came to the area for a few days of hiking around. Kirill made sure to fulfill all our requests. Pampering breakfast, varied and delicious dinners. Free coffee and tea. Highly recommend.
