Property was lovely clean and spacious. It offered more than similarly priced places we have stayed in less touristy parts of Philippines with a small kitchen area, mini bar, it was light and bright. We didn’t use the rest of the facilities as we were only there for one night but it seemed there were nice areas to sit and relax. Good location off of the hustle of the main strip but easy walking distance.

Very comfy bed, new AC machine and welcoming owner, who makes you feel quite comfortable. Shower was warmer than in most places I've been to.

Easy to find, quiet, clean - nestled away from the busier streets so not noisy, but a couple minutes walk to everywhere you need!

Mike and Vivian are awesome hosts. Mike gives you valuable tips and helps you get things done (they even did our laundry!!). He always has a funny story to tell :) The room itself is small, but has everything which is neccessary to feel home: plenty place to store your belongings, hairdryer, hot shower, and all the small details such as having a separate handtowel, a fully equipped kitchen (including washing liquid, sponge and cleaning cloth). Cleaniness is top. We stayed 5 nights and they offered to clean the room after 3 nights, changing the bedsheets, towels and making the room flawless again. :) Location is super convenient, far enough from the noisy main road, but close enough to everything (5 min to top restaurants, 10 min to the closest and really nice Alona beach). Did I mention that you can refill your water bottle? Huge plus. We would stay here again.

The Three Shooting Stars is a fabulous place to stay. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The suite is clean, comfortable and has a small kitchen if you want to cook. There is no Tv but you won't need it as there is a very good wifi to watch anything on your laptop or phone. The grounds were immaculate and with 2 great places to chill in the morning or evening. The location is very central - just 3-5 minutes to the beach and "downtown" of Alona Beach. Even though it's so close to everywhere, this place is peaceful and quiet all the time. They have only 3 suites; so if you want to stay here, don't hesitate and make the reservation. Three Shooting Stars could be one of the best and cleanest places I've stayed on my Philipines trip. Owners are awesome and I loved to chat with them during my 6 day stay. Ask them where the name of the hotel comes from. They have a lovely story !

This place is a gem, the owners and staff are fantastic. Helped me hire a scooter, sorted my transfer and gave me great advice about visiting places. I wish I’d stayed longer. I would recommend this place to anyone. The mini bar prices were cheaper than 7-11 and the room prefect for me.
