ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. Hands down the best place we have stayed in the whole of the Philippines. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and homely as possible. The beds were SO comfortable with very good pillows & the wifi was amazing. The owner was always available and on hand to help answer any queries we had. He gave us plenty of suggestions of things to do such as Sikatuna Mirror of the World and the more environmentally friendly Tarsier conservation centre. Also gave us great food suggestions such as the French Bistro opposite McDonald’s & he also took us to a place where we could rent a scooter from at a cheaper rate which was nice. The grounds at night are also lit up beautifully.

The best accommodation I stayed at during my 1.5 months travel in the Philippines. If I could give a score of 12 out of 10 I would. The apartment felt like home, it felt super cosy, with warm temperature lights in the living space and not the bright white lights that every accommodation in the Philippines seem to have. The place is well managed and maintained, also rare from my last 1.5 months travelling in the Philippines. It's self contained, extremely clean, it has quiet and strong air-conditioning (modern reverse cycle type not the loud single unit out the window/wall type). It has a small fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, utensils, can cook in there if wanted or BBQ at the outdoor kitchen. Purified water refilling is also provided. Can also eat on your porch. WiFi was strong and fast (rare) and there was hot water in the bathroom. I think the floor plan was well thought out and designed with space used well. The bed was super comfortable. Last (but certainly not least) the owner Mikael is amazing. I had a sprained ankle and he went out of his way to help make me as comfortable as possible. He was always approachable, friendly, gave great tips and advice for follow on ferry to next destination, and sights and I really enjoyed nice chats with him. If I visit Panglao again I definitely will be staying here. Very highly recommend.
