The hotel is a beautiful, clean, resort style hotel. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful, with clear blue shallow water. The color of the water and the palm trees on the beach really give the feeling of tropical destination. As for the service in the hotel, we have been made wait at check in for two hours, without an apparent reason. Reception staff communicated they will call us when the room was ready, at 17:00 o’clock we return to check about our room (since we waited on the beach for more than 2 hours) and turned out they needed to still prepare the room. When we finally got our room card, it didn’t work, so we had to wait yet 10 more minutes in front of the door for it to be reset. At the check out we needed to wait again 20 minute for the staff to verify the room, although they had our credit card details (in case damage would have been found).

The property is beautiful. Located right on the beach front with a gorgeous view. Lovely spacious rooms and bathroom. The beds were so comfy and it was a treat to have two double beds! Modala offers a great breakfast and their lunch and dinner menu is great too. The most memorable thing for us were the staff. They were so kind and attentive. Super chatty and smiley and happy to help with anything. We just wish we could have stayed longer

service (including restaurant staff) was excellent. breakfast buffet spread had lots of options and different menu items daily. espresso coffee was also great with soy milk alternatives. request to relocate to a quieter room in a higher floor was granted without any issues rooms were tastefully decorated and was kept to a high standard

the location was fabulous, right on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach with clear blue water and the staff, the staff were fantastic. We have stayed in 5* hotels and even a 6* hotel and for sure the staff here were the most attentive and helpful I that have ever looked after us at any hotel.

Great view and beach Staff was friendly Parking on-site Hot water Ice cold aircon 7/11 next door Mall next door Plenty of smiles from staff . Lovely feeling Staff seem happy .and accommodate requests with a smile Free resort photo was nice touch

A hassle-free vacation - everything you need is within the resort. Staff is super friendly too. The massage at the spa was heavenly, therapists took good care of me as I had special requests given my pregnancy
