Please note that breakfast for children is not included in room rates. Breakfast for children is available at an additional charge. Children 6-11 years old get 50% discount for buffet breakfast. Children up to 5 years old enjoy complimentary breakfast.Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. Additional charges will apply for extra person.2024 Christmases and New Year's Eve mandatory dinner notice: A mandatory Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner fee to all guests will be collected upon arrival for new bookings crossing over, December 24 and December 31, 2024. Amazing hotel, perfect location for families: quiet and a bit away from loud centre of Alona beach. Rooms are very comfortable, within hotel there is lot of space and green areas. We enjoyed a lot breakfasts with sea-view from hotel restaurant and our son loved swimming in two swimming pools located withing hotel. On the top of that - all staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel.

It was rainy and overcast for most of the stay so it was nice that the pools were interesting and there were other facilities and activities to occupy guests.

Everything about Bluewater is fantastic. Set in large gardens, it is very private and quiet. It is just a quick tuk-tuk ride to the town of Alonna. The rooms are immavulatelt clean and spacious. One outstanding feature of Bluewater is its staff. They are super friendly and always helpful. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here.

It was a nice hotel. Staffs were verrrrryyy helpful and kind and always greets you when you pass by them. Place was very clean. Well maintained. The kids loved the room which was also nearby the pool. They have a big range of area perfect for relaxation. Would totally rate it 11/10

The breakfast buffet is excellent, with lots of variety. The staff was friendly and assisted us throughout our stay, always with a smile. I love that kayaking was free, as we were able to enjoy the sea.

The room ambience, it is bright and not claustrophobic. We like how they merge the environment with the resort by using materials that environmentally friendly. The floating bed feature is admirable and the lighting underneath it. We were sceptical at first when we booked this hotel but we were happy when we saw it first hand. The description in the website doesn’t do justice on how wonderful the facility and staff.

Accessible transport if need to go out to nearby shops and tour around. Ambience is perfect for relaxation and staff are very polite, effficient, and ready to serve if you need something.
