The staff who were mostly friendly and helpful. The fact the bathroom had a bath 🛁 and shower 🚿 The well equipped gym that is one of the best I’ve even seen in any resort or hotel. 🏨 We found our tv 📺 in the room wasn’t working. But, this was quickly resolved when the tv was replaced.

The room was spacious and with all amenities you'd expect from a 5 star hotel and price point. Nice sea view, comfy bed, power hot shower, good WiFi

The staff, the facilities, the free kiaks, room service. Everything really! We had a bad smell in the room and we were immediately upgraded to a suite where we didn’t smell anything. The staff was super nice helping with food delivery, pool towels, everything!!

Everything! Personalized service, very attentive to your needs. Our villa host Darel is the best. He arranged island visit, snorking with dolphin watching and countryside day tour for us which became the highlight of our trip. The hotel is just 15 mins from the new Tagbilaran airport. Easy access to different stores, pharmacy, ATMs and restaurants. They have free shuttle to Alona beach every 30 mins. We are already planning to go back.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was very clean, beautiful view of the sea. I liked their amenities too. They also offer water activities and they have a game room.

The property was a great experience from when we first stepped foot at the property. The staff were so welcoming. Rooms were very large and well equipped, and our rooms overlooked the pool areas. Breakfast had everything you would ever want, and the venue manager, Richard was extremely personable and helpful. The resort is very close to the international airport and the town centre which had many restaurants which were well priced. Free shuttle into Town or get your own Tuk Tuk for 100 pesos Could highly recommend the resort, and will be telling my friends when I get back from Australia
