The fine print
The outdoor pool is available from June until September.Please note that tables in the restaurant need to be reserved in advance.The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area. In winter, the card includes: access to ski buses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.

Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff, situated a short ride away from the area's plentiful ski facilities, or hiking routes. Also great for peacefully recharging and relaxing with the saunas and pools. Worthy of mention as well, the adjacent Steakhouse/pizzeria, pleasantly themed and decorated with a tasteful nod to classic rock/biker/americana, and with an interesting menu

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! It is incredibly cozy, authentic, and has a rich historical context. I didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it turned out to be! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the bed was extremely cozy. We had a balcony with a stunning view of the mountains, which was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even more special. The breakfasts were of a very high standard, with something for everyone. There was a great selection of meats, cheeses, and you could make your own sandwiches. The variety of pastries was incredible! The atmosphere during breakfast felt very homely and welcoming. A huge bonus of this hotel is the spa area, which includes both an indoor and outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, two saunas, and a relaxation zone. All of this is free for guests staying at the hotel. I highly recommend setting aside some time in the evening to enjoy the spa area, which is open until 7:30 PM. A big thank you to the hotel for their excellent service! They truly offer a high level of hospitality, and we will definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to returning ourselves.

The hotel was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and had most of what we needed. We asked for a fridge ahead of time so we can store special food we brought with us. We ended up getting at the hotel on a very rainy day and we’re lucky enough to use the facilities i.e.and Jacuzzi and we had a great time.

We stayed in big room for family and the price is the same as before. The hotel has sauna, swimming pool with massage faucets ,relax room ...I like it . We can walk and look views around. The receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic. Good.
