Location is great because of its proximity to many restaurants and the shopping on Via Argentina. The casino is also an attraction, although the servers can do better. The employees were all very pleasant and helpful.

Staff was really friendly. The room and the hotel were very comfortable. We loved the breakfast so much! They make your omelet, very tasty. It was easy to get to and just overall nice place to stay at.

The staff at the reception desk were very kind. They agreed to keep my medication refrigerated for me while I was at a jungle lodge. They also helped me practice Spanish.
