Next to a major road but had no road noise at all, room was on ground floor. Large room. Could not find any guide on TV, thus hard to find channel worth watching and did not find reasonable local news channel for weather. Ample Parking. Breakfast was good, but very limited choices, no bread, no toaster, no hot food.
