the room was comfortable and we had housekeeping come in everyday cleaning and replenishing toiletries which was really nice to return to a clean room ...breakfast was delicious there was a varity of things to eat and menu was changed everyday we had dinner from the restaurant a couple of nights and that too exceeded our expectations meals were tasty... the staff were great and helpful whenever we asked a question we just had to cross the language barrier more spanish speaking than english... location was great we used the santo tomas metro station regularly which is only footsteps away and taxis were very accessible when needed.... area was safe at any hour no issues with security... walking distance to most places of interest

Nice, quiet, conveniently located hotel altogether. Pleasant, courteous, and accommodating staff. Safe locker in the room. Good wifi coverage.

The room was comfortable and clean. Location was nice close to a metro that helps for a very cheap airport transfer and also close to the city center..

This was a central location where you could go anywhere from there. Easily one of the best places to stay. Very comfortable and clean. The dining area has a wonderful view of a section in the city 🇯🇲

Room is as shown. Curtains opened to a common area that was not appealing. A is powerful, a blessing! House keeping is immaculate. No breakfast or complimentary water. Beds are super comfy. Helpful with very late checkin
