The hotel is located in the city centre and has a few interesting places nearby like a pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques, etc. The room was spacious and comfortable. The wide array at the daily buffet breakfast was scrumptious and truly appreciated. Our flight arrived early, and while check-in wasn't until 3 pm, we were able to check-in around 1 pm after exploring the neighbourhood to pass some time. We were celebrating a birthday, and I reached out prior to arrival to see if Riu offers anything special for birthdays. They confirmed and eventually provided a complimentary amenity, which was a pleasant surprise to the celebrant. All in all, we had an enjoyable experience, and I would unreservedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City.

Basicly everything went well, only to change the name of person in the WiFi was not possible. Saturday with my next stay in the hotel, I will ask waht can be done about it.

Staff is very friendly and kind. We were very grateful to get our rooms before check in time. Morning buffet variation is great. We liked very much evening buffet as well, variety was awesome with different seafood and sushi. Unfotunately it’s offered only in december.

A very good breakfast, a lot of choices (different kind of fresh juice, fruits, salads, meat, cheese). Big room, big and comfortable bed. A non stop open cafeteria with different option for food and drink.

Great location. Modern and clean. Breakfast was great and had a mix of local and international. And the view from the room was amazing. Was great to wake up to everyday.
