The bed was perfect. Staff friendly and super helpful. Parking excellent. I was upgraded to the ninth floor. To a King Suite. The Queen suite bed was not large enough. But the counter staff. He moved me up at a discount. Thanks so much. I forgot his name but he was day shift and was very thoughtful.

The location is perfect, with shops, lovely cafes, and restaurants nearby. There's also a good park with a children's playground close by.. The room was very basic but decent, with a nice view from the 7th floor. Staff at the reception helpful.

Spacious room, netflix and amazon prime available on the tv which is great for when you’re just chilling out… rooms were always cleaned quickly and well. 24hr supermarket next door as well as a nice Japanese restaurant who offer room service. Super cosy stay.

I have stayed at other hotels in Panama City and this one is by far the best that I have tried. I am going to stop looking because I have been burned so many times before.

Room is clean. Wifi is good. Convenient store just next to hotel. Metro and supermarket is nearby. Neighbourhood is safe.
