All of our interactions with staff were great. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and her English was very good as my Spanish is very poor. Also the restaurant staff were very attyand friendly. Our room was spotless unlike other reviews I have read. But that may have been their experience.

This is one of the cheapest hotels in Panama City. It is a bit outdated, but the staff is kind, the hotel is clean, and the location is very good. It is definitely good value for your money.

Great location, big rooms, nice sofa, great shower, friendly, (mostly) bilingual Staff. Very clean, parking garage on premises and a fair price.

I am retired and paid a little money for the room , they have separated room for those for senior citizen, as course is a regular room, not luxury but clean with all the needs for the price, they are clean and the location is very good, we can walk there are a lot stores, a lot different transportation and very close to Casco Viejo. Also they have others room for more money very beautiful .

The staff were helpful and clear. The location was great. Rooms basic but decent value for money, I would recommend if need a budget hotel. We didn't need to stay late but the check out times also a bonus.

Room and desk clerk were fine. Restaurant staff on evening shift was not good and not sure if meal priblem was due to waitress ir not. Yet everything was fine for breakfast.
