A great hotel for the price! Pros: Good cleaning Spacious rooms—you could even dance in them! Decent pool, usually very few people, so we had it almost to ourselves. Excellent location: just a 5-10 minute walk to beautiful skyscrapers and the waterfront, and about 5 minutes to the metro. Powerful air conditioning.

Staff helpful and patience especially with limited Spanish and English. Asked me to what I needed before I need it. Facilities were great and a lovely view

In general, I haven't expected much due to two reasons - we stayed there only for one night and it wouldn't be reasonable to expect much for such price. The hotel isn't new and rooms (at least mine) should get some renovation. The room was simple but big. It's just few minutes walk from the metroi station. The neighborhood is calm and quite. A view from the room is really nice (we had no time to use a swimming pool there).

The bed 946 pillows were comfortable. The ac worked fine. The view from the window was spectacular. There was ample room in the closet with some hangers. The receptionist was friendly and executed her job with professionalism. The hotel is under 10 minutes walk from the Iglesia del Carmen metro station. I ate lunch and breakfast at the restaurant. The food and service was great.

We liked the location, it is in the new part of the city, surrounded by many luxurious hotels. Easy to walk or run to the malecon, many restaurants and bars and shops nearby. Our room is spacious and clean. Powerful aircon and nice hot shower. Rooftop pool is very nice; with plenty of sunbeds and beautiful view. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
