Shower with plastic curtain (neither in 2 stars hotels I saw this), broken water tap, bath taps both in the sink and tub blocked, floor made of poor ceramic tiles, wall with missing framework (but with the sign of them), view on lovely street (their description, there was the wall of the other skyscraper!). Maybe my room was the worst but, come on, don't call it luxury accomodation and don't abuse of 5 stars category, this is not!

Needs renovation, very old rooms, beds, toilet door didn’t shut and see through. Could see what you are doing and no privacy. Breakfast was good and swimming pool

The hotel is high class with 5 star. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is big and nice deco. The bed is comfort and pool is super beautiful with the view. The location is good and just front of Shopping mall of Megapolis. The price is good and every morning served very delicious breakfast. The dinner restaurant is also with different food. The lobster is so delicious and good price. Sure I will come back Panama city and book Decapolis hotel again.

Location was good. Room was large. The housekeeping staff try their best to keep it clean despite the deteriorating facilities.

Location, breakfast and service at the desk excellent Appreciated the bottle of water. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great vives at the lobby and the glass elevator.

The pool is above the breakfast room and has windows in the floor. Diverse breakfast buffet Spacious rooms.

The space was clean and location was convenient. Uber was easy to get and it was close to many locations. The staff are very nice and welcoming. They were very helpful every step of the way.
