Breakfast spread is extremely limited and mediocre in quality. Cereals, yogurts, fruits, nuts sections need lot of investment and focus. Chefs are earnest but need fine tuning of skills. Restaurant staff is sincere. Front office staff need training in genuinely addressing issues rather than polite facade alone. Courteous blankness is what you get from them mostly.

The two pool areas at the upper hotel were great. Offering different options of views and attendance . The restaurants C2C and The Barbeque were both excellent. General food buffet was also extensive .

Id give it a 9 because of the amazing staff who are very accomadating, the rooms are amazing with unparalleled sea views...but keep in mind the hotel can be busy as it is a business hotel....pools are quite small in proportion to the size of the hotel and can get busy at times.

Superb staff made this stay exceptional!! Polite, friendly, attentive and very informative. Special thanks to Athang and Jonathan at the C2C restaurant for brilliant service and sharing useful local information on Panjim and the history of the Taj hotel. Food at C2C was absolutely delightful. Can highly recommend the lobster and the red snapper fish. From the roof top bar & pool to the breakfast and cocktail bar service and choice perfect. And finally the gorgeous bedrooms with stunning views of the sea. A truly remarkable stay. Would highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Everything at the hotel was just perfect. The hospitality was exceptional. the comfort of the rooms was excellent. the meals provided were local dishes which measure up to quality. the linen in the room was very clean.
