Beautiful big airy room with balcony. BE AWARE that it is a wellness / health centre. Guests remove their shoes outside the building. Also, no alcohol, tobacco or non-veg food are allowed. I was happy with this but some people may not be. They should make this clearer at the time of booking

Sraff were very friendly and helpful. The staff were amazing, very prompt, kind and very helpful. Beautiful architecture and soothing lighting. Showers were great! Upon asking I was able to check out a bit later. The food was absolutely delicious. It was simple and just what one needs. Really enjoyed the food.

Would recommend this place to stay for one or two days. Idle for family. Prices are comparatively cheap. Place is neat and tidy. Central to the city Panjim. Staff are polite.

Really healthy vegetarian food for breakfast and lunch, not expensive at all. As always, excellent personalised service, comfortable beds, hot powerful shower, spacious room, each one with a huge balcony.
