Casa Esperanza is a bit out of the main touristic area which it makes it more chill at night. I found this area of Pana more authentic. The room was quite a big with good infrastructure. Perhaps it could be a bit noisy at night due to the dog’s barking, but the reception gives you earplugs.

Good location down a quiet side street Good value for your money, comfortable bed hot shower and good cooking facilities with free water dispenser, 15 minute walk to lake, friendly staff

Lovely, welcoming staff. Loved how big the suite was. There was a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom, all clean and nice. My room was right next to the balcony on the rooftop and the view from the balcony is really nice, i spent quite some time chilling out there. There is a small shop right in the corner and many restaurants within a few hundred meters range. It’s a great value for its price. Thank you for having me!

Bed is so comfy Location is a bit of a walk , but not much. Maybe 10/15 mins from ferry. For the price its so worth it Well equipped kitchen Nice staff Spacious room

Good value for money. Room is basic but it’s fine, tv with Netflix/ Disney. There is basic cooking facilities, but not many pans. Fridge and microwave and coffee machine (but no filtered water any of the mornings for this). It is a little further out but 10/15 minutes walk into main but and a Tuk Tuk to the boat was only 10 quetzals pp.

The staff was very helpfull. We needed to stay few hours after check out and wait for our shuttle. They let us use the common areas. Shower had warm water!

Casa Esperanza is located in a very quiet area of Panajachel. It's maybe a 10- to 15-minute walk to Calle Santander and the Lake. The room was good and the staff was friendly. They have a kitchen with the necessary equipment.
