Yurgay is a fabulous host. Very welcoming to this lovely hotel. It’s brilliantly located next to the famous limestone pools. Once the coaches have gone it’s a lovely walk although you will have to go barefoot on a somewhat rough but smoothish. surface. Back to the hotel - very clean and large bedroom. All toiletries you would expect are provided. Breakfast is a sumptuous Turkish feast. The small town is worth exploring with lots of nice bars and restaurants. In summary, a lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings run by an extremely welcoming host.

The warmest welcome from host makes me feel like my home. Really happy that I chose Whitehaven Suite hotel in Pamukkale. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The decorations are beautiful. My children all like it. One of the best hotel during my holiday in Turkey.

We had a great welcome and service all the time during our stay from the reception team, owner and all the staff. They were very professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel and the room was spacious, very comfortable and elegantly decorated. Breakfast was huge and delicious with lots of Turkish style selections. We had a great time in Pamukkale and strongly recommend to stay in this exceptional hotel.

The hotel is so near to the Travertine that we could just pop over after lunch. They helped to arrange the balloon flight and while waiting for the pickup, we were offered tea n coffee and breakfast. Nice touch.

Really comfortable and perfectly located family run hotel. The middle gate of the travertines is just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Ridvan was the most kind and helpful guy I came across during my whole trip in Turkey.

It is a family run place thus you get a homely feeling. Ridwan went out of his way to help us make comfortable…he also organized Baloon ride at a short notice,which was a great , unforgettable experience. Additionally he helped us reach Antalya safely, despite a flat tyre enroute. He kept calling until the issue was quickly resolved. Morning breakfast was a treat, being freshly prepared by a family member. Overall beyond expectations
