Warm efficient welcome and check in. Extremely comfortable. Clean. We enjoyed the 20 min walk to the old town. Our 2nd stay and we would happily stay again. A good supermarket nearby and a coffee shop about 5 min walk away served great pastries and coffee. The cafe attached to the hotel was good as well. Parking was very easy. Love the hotel and love Pamplona.

Staff : brilliant, receptionist was invaluable with advice on what and how to access city sights and activities. Hotel parking was a godsend and for us alongside proximity to the city centre probably the most significant features of the hotel
