I arrived in Pamplona and was very ill with bronchitis and needed to stay somewhere where I could recuperate so I could continue walking the camino and found the only 5 star hotel in the city. The location was fantastic as my balcony looked over the square and there was non stop activity entertaining me as I wasn’t able to go whilst I was so ill. The room was luxurious and the bath was sensational!!! Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous hotel in an amazing location. Right in the heart of Pamplona with a terrace overlooking Calle Estafeta - famous for the bull run. Staff are amazing and one of the very best hotel experiences you could wish for! Rooms are sumptuous and everything has been thought of. Valet parking is such a bonus.

We were met by the helpful Daniel who gave us a great idea of what to see snd expect in Pamplona. Our room was stunning with so much space and comfort. The actual hotel is in the main spare and so close to everything. We were so grateful to all the wonderful, friendly staff and loved our stay there

The hotel is clean and well maintained with two cleaning services per day. Hot water works fast and continous.the room has a balcony to the hallway and with enough space to site and enjoy the view. Bidet is available with hot warm water as well. Welcoming water bottle and delicious chocolate jewellery eggs.

This is simply an amazing property. Super modern tasteful refurbished building situated right in square of Pamplona. Elegant and classy. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Historical hotel in the very centre of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful ensuring my electric car was charged overnight on the public charger.

The location is superb (right in the heart of Pamplona in the central square), rooms are quiet and very comfortable and the service is exceptional( especially Maria at reception who was excellent)
