This is a lovely property, more a hotel than hostel. The owners were incredibly helpful to us and helped make a phone call in Spanish for something important for us. They recommended nearby restaurants The room was clean and comfortable. The shower worked well. The hotel had a garage attached where we could safely store our bikes.

Location, on the edge of the village, easy to walk to the centre. Easy access by car and adjacent free car park. Clean, comfortable. Friendly welcome. No breakfast is provided however the owners provide a list of very local cafés where it's available. There's a restaurant that is part of the hotel. We didn't eat there but it looked very good. There are other very good restaurants within a short walking distance. A great place for a visit to Pals and other nearby places.

I made a mistake of booking the hotel at a wrong date so I have to book a room last minute for my first day of travel. We booked a room in Hostal Barris and cannot thank the team enough for making this booking happen. They arranged the keys to be collected even we arrived in the hostal late. The room was clean, spacious and in good location, very close to the Pals old town. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Pals.

A decent hotel on the edge of Pals with free parking. The value for money is good compared to other hotels in the area. Definitely make a reservation at the restaurant next to the hotel (Vicus), which was excellent. Friendly staff.

Location was better than expected. It is quite central and near a lot of beaches and nice places such as Begur and Palafrugell. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but provides several breakfast locations in the vicinity. The conditions in itself are good, the room is well organized and equipped and you can tell everything was renovated. Some had described that it did not have hair dryer, but our room did have one. In terms of price/quality/location, it is a really good choice!

The location was great, a very short walk into the old town and near amazing restaurants. Hotel was comfortable and a great place to rest after exploring. The fridge in the room was useful and lots of parking available.

The staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful, the hotel and the room were clean and the location was perfect for us, as we were going to a wedding in the old town, which is walkable from the hotel. A big plus was also the car park available for costumers right opposite the hotel.
