This is a Motel with very spacious rooms, like a small apartment. Well equipped, definitely a bargain for the price. Would suit families too, as close to park and across from water park. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a very quiet motel, we had an excellent sleep both nights there. Had a spa bath which was great.

Hosts were amazing; very friendly and helpful when we had an additional guest at the last minute. The unit was really spacious. Great spot opposite the gardens and for river walk. Close to town when driving.

Communication was amazing. Loved the owners interaction and their ability to kōrero Māori. We appreciated having a cot put into our room and we're happy with our stay. Would visit again.

Location and tbe host, had a great collection of digital photoes in rooms and the conference centre.Hosts own photoes, was also selling some excellent ware on behalf of elderly mother. Easy to find and on a main road.

Location is close to the city but not too far out. Great hosts, very accommodating and really easy to get along with. Room is always immaculately clean and has everything in it you would need. We try to book the same room each visit as it suits our requirements.
