Excellent and friendly staff. Very clean. Great kids club. There is a small soft play area and movie on throughout dinner and breakfast service. Buffets were plentiful and varied.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out our every need was catered to by the most friendly and accommodating staff. The facilities were everything we needed while travelling with a young baby. Opted for self catering as we like going out and about. The location was absolutely ideal, close to the beach and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. We especially loved the wrist bands that made it easy to get drinks/food without having to worry about cards/cash. The entertainment at night was a nice touch which provided a lovely atmosphere the whole family could enjoy.

Breakfast and all meals are great! Location is between Magaluf and Palmanova, and to be fair Inwould like it to be closer to Palma

We loved the buffet, there was loads of variety to eat and kids loved it. The bubble is awesome for all sort ages- including children that are older. I loved how the staff were always working and maintaining the room super clean. Our room was always tidy. Overall, this hotel was an excellent experience.
