Great location and wonderful place , breakfast was the best great choice nice fresh food . Showers brill staff polite and very helpful. There are no negatives in this hotel . Would happily stay again

The check in system is hard work and the app doesn't work. The staff were very helpful. Rooms are small and very basic. The beds smelt musty. Would be better if there was a mini fridge and kettle! The coffee at breakfast is absolutely disgusting. Lots of food at brunch but the bacon, sausage and eggs were absolutely swimming in oil! Plenty of pastries for the kids though. It's very noisy and the walls are very thin. The shower was not working well but they changed the shower head when I asked, so good service.

Amazing hotel for the cost! Perfect for a group of friends travelling. Great pool that had a bar. Brunch was good quality with lots of variety and served until 1pm! Central to the beach and strip of bars and restaurants. Very close to Magaluf and Santaponsa also. The only negative experience we had was that the hotel seemed to be short staffed. It took us some time to check in and check out, even with self-service kisoks available.

Can't fault hotel or the great brunch they served 8am until 1 30pm. Just think rooms were far too small with no wardrobes or decent storage.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is close to the beach and many restaurants and nightclubs. The staff were very friendly. The room where I stayed was quite big and very clean, and the breakfast was excellent.
