“Lovely hotel, with great staff and food but cold pool and bad matresses”

The staff are unreal, just the nicest people..the pool area is gorgeous and the snack bar is absolutley delicious. Also I really liked that there was a good selection of English TV channels. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. Also good location, short walk to the main part but still quiet.

Room was spacious and clean .Good views and very handy location. Staff very helpful and very pleasant. Pool ares was clean with plenty of sunbeds available. Cleaning staff did a very good job cleaning the room.

A nice, clean hotel in a perfect location between Palma Nova and Magaluf. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. Beds were comfy, although we did have to ask for extra pillows. The kitchen area was well equipped with everything you need to make breakfast or a quick meal. Showers were piping hot and with decent water pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly.
