Absolutely dreamy stay. The staff were so lovely & helpful. We had a very kind waiter in the restaurant who couldn’t do enough for us. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he is an absolute asset to your team. The privilege room was so worth it, incredible sea view and the access to the sky bar and rooftop was very useful. Bedrooms were cleaned throughly every day. Perfect location, clean swimming pool. The breakfast buffet was super delicious so we ended up paying for the evening buffet for a few nights which didn’t disappoint and felt was good value for money. The adults only part of it was of course the perfect finishing touch! We will be returning, thank you!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The food was very varied and delicious. We loved the spa and gym.Our room had a great view from the balcony.Very relaxing stay! The only negative is it seemed there was only heating at this time of year,,not aircon and the room was a bit warm at night for sleeping.

Really good hotel, great facilities, stayed in the soundproofing room with the balcony facing the sea nice view , Bed was good ✅ Shower pressure was good ✅ Breakfast was good ✅ Sometimes they had live entertainment ✅ Plenty of on street parking ✅ I went in March, so I don’t know how that applies to busier season parking wise All round service at the hotel was very good. I would happily stay there again thanks

The room was nice size, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and there is a pillow menu if you want to change them. We had complimentary robes and slippers in the room too. We had access to the Sky Lounge and pool, which has fabulous views over the bay. The breakfast buffet was vast - choices of full English, continental, fresh fruits, pastries and yogurt. Full tea, coffee and fresh juice menu. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The grounds are spotless and the hotel is across from the beach. The promenade has lots of bars, restaurants and shops to choose from with beach bars dotted along the bay. Perfect.

I'd rate this hotel a solid 99%! Both the rooms and public areas are incredibly clean and inviting—truly spectacular! As for the location, it’s unbeatable. Stunning sea views and a variety of shops are just steps away. The staff is fantastic (with one small exception). One of the highlights was having half-board, meaning we enjoyed dinner at the hotel each night, and the food was different every evening. It was a pleasure to experience a unique menu each day, so there was never a chance of repeating a meal. The restaurant team was absolutely wonderful; every single person went above and beyond! Thank you again for an amazing experience. 🥰 I highly recommend staying here!
