Good location, right on the Palmanova strip. Alberto from the animation team was excellent, very friendly and helpful, and kept our children entertained. Rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Room was modern with an amazing view and a big balcony with 2 deck chairs and a table. Tv with english channels, also a free safe and a large comfy double bed. The staff was perfect, couldnt ask for more. Price was very low for what you got. Didnt want much entertainment but from what we seen it was good for adults and kids. Bars and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk

Everything was great and the room was clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Santiago who was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast food selection was also really good

Superb location. Although it looks on a hill there is a lift that goes all the way down to the pool, pool bar and walk way which is part of the promenade at Torrenova. This is such a great spot, super views and very easily accessible. Lovely reception area, very knowledgable helpful staff who spoke excellent English. The staff overall were very friendly and worked very very hard. The food was amazing; plentiful and to a really high standard; whole prawns, blue cheese, great salads, grilled fish and meats, lots of variety all very fresh and quickly replenished. Very clean and tidy. We were all inclusive, drinks not overly alcoholic, however for about a pound a go you could upgrade to a named gin/ short if you wanted to. We weren’t there to get hammered just nicely merry so that was fine. Bus stop nearby, could walk you Magaluf and set in the Palmanova bay so you could see the resort span out. This felt like a rose between two thorns; a sense of just enough to see and do but peaceful and pretty, lovely tranquil beach. However, if you wanted more of the nightlife you could walk to it eadily or bus/ taxi. Superb place, Thankyou.
