We moved to their Martínez property which is oppositHR Gil & my raiting is for that. Very comfortable very clean good location. However, the maintenance stuff and the cleaners the ladies at reception, their father , they are all exceptionally nice& wonderful. Our tv wasn't working they came as soon as my email was read the next day& fixed it. Getting BBC&ITV was difficult but they fixed Wonderful stuff.

Staff went above and beyond helping me out with a sticky situation, I left my phone on the transfer bus from the airport to the hotel, so for 6 nights I was completely offline as I was on my own. Reception staff,Ana,Edel and Antonio were superb in assisting me trace my phone and contact family at home and contacting my bank to protect my bank account and cards. Breakfast every morning worked a treat, facilities are very good and clean Thank you so much folks

Palmanova Beach is very close by walking only 5 mins. Room balcony is very large .There iare many restaurants which are very close . Cleaning staff clean the room everyday regularly and change the towels Public transportation stops are quite close

Close to bus top and short walk to the centre of town. Friendly staff on check in and check out. Good swimming pool and some english television channels available.

The hotel is not on the beach itself, but it is close. It is close to the bus station and supermarket, next to it is a pizzeria and a cafe. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day.

The hotel was exactly what you paid for. Clean and smart with no extras. Just the standard room and that's what we got. Staff were amazing and so helpful and kind, also a 5 minute walk to the beach! would stay again.

The bar staff were next to none & the ladies at reception were so kind and willing to help. A major selling point of this place is most of the staff - I hope they know how appreciated their kindness is! Breakfast was cheap to add on at €9 each. Location was about 5 min from the central strip. Area was quiet. Rooms were quite big, we stayed in the hostel part but the room was large in size for 2 people with lots of wardrobe space. It was basic but had everything you needed for a cheap base spot. Palmanova beach is amazing, I reccomend walking to the marina by the Leonardo hotel and making use of the public pool. Down the steps behind the pool you can walk in to the ocean, there are lots of fishes to swim with and it’s always quiet cos not a lot of people know about it.
