Close to everything, beach, restaurants and bars! It was clean, lovely breakfast and good size rooms. Staff were so helpful.

We came with friends and all booked the same room style, all paying the same amount, however ours was upgraded upcon check-in (unsure why); which was lovely, located around the back of the hotel and very quiet, the room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However our friends room was not upgraded, and was very close to the busy loud main road, she had very loud neighbouring rooms which she could hear conversations through the walls very clearly and doors banging throughout the night kept her awake. After speaking to reception, they were not very helpful and could not do anything about it. We asked if they could stay in our room for the rest of the stay (we had a spare sofa bed) and get some kind of partial refund or something to soften the blow of the loud rubbish room she was given, however the staff were not very accomodating and it was just a flat no. We also got given a free cocktail voucher each upon arrival as part of our package, however our friends did not receive this, despite paying the same amount and booking the same room type. Breakfast area was small and included just the usual basic buffet style options, but nice. Location was perfect for us, a short walk to the beach and a little further to the main strip of resturants and clubs.

Was very pleased with Azuline hotel palma nova.Stayed in one of the apartments and found it quite spacious,spotless clean and overall great value,thank yee.
