The fine print
If a late check out is made, €100 will be charged from the part of the damage deposit that was paid at check in.
If the apartment is left very dirty, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, close to the pharmacy, supermarket & the bus stop. It was a 20 min drive to the airport so very close. The area was quiet and peaceful which we enjoyed. It was a 10 min. walk to the main strip where all the restaurants and bars were. There was also a small beach and swimming area 5 mins away at the Son Caliu Beach Hotel where we spent most of our time. The pool was clean but small.

really great value for money, great staff and clean! rooms have been updated slightly compared to some older reviews I thought they were great and super comfy!

We had an excellent stay, kids loved it too, the guy at the reception, Alejandro, who was there most of the time, was extremely helpful and went an extra mile for us. If we return to the area the hotel will be our first choice for sure.

Clean and helpful staff, Room service cleaning every 2 days. South facing 1 bedroom apartment on middle floor. Minimal kitchen o.k but with only a single power socket to share for kettle, toaster and microwave. Older traditional Mallorca apartment design and fairly spacious with a nice view over the pool which we didn't use. Some good restaurants close by and a good location for TIB buses.

Ideal location for anyone wanting to explore the surrounding area . Close by a massive supermarket and bus stops. Plenty of bars and restaurants locally.

For us the location was very good. Could get local bus from airport to within 100 yards of apartment and supermarket was just a little further. We had a sunny balcony and apartment was spacious for the 2 of us
