All in all, we had a great time staying in Palma at Villa Laura. We loved the pool, the fact that there were many sun loungers, and loved not being in the touristy part of the city. We were able to walk out every morning and buy fresh pastries or sit and eat breakfast (tostada or croissants) with the locals, who were all so friendly and helpful with our basic Spanish... It was a short walk to the tram from where you could get into Palma really quickly. We were met at the property and got quick responses via WhatsApp to questions. Very friendly service.
