The apartments were great. Clean and modern. Plenty of nice touches to make things easier (extra toilet rolls, dish soap, bin bags etc, toiletries, hairdryer). We were a family of two adults and two teens staying in a two bed apartment. Plenty of space. The communal facilities were great too - lovely pool area and roof terrace. The staff were friendly and very happy to help with anything that we needed. The location is about 30 min walk from the centre of Palma or a 10/15 min bus ride. The buses stop about 50m from the apartment building. 2euros to get into the city. The castle is a 10minute walk from the apartment. The seafront/marina about 5 minute walk. There is a small supermarket about 5 minute walk and a larger one about 10 min. The area is a little run down but no more than many city suburbs and this apartment block is certainly not run down. We were comfortable walking home of an evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Property was very well furnished & equipped. Everything was to a high standard & spotlessly clean. There was a small balcony & lots of natural light. There was no noise. The communal areas were lovely too. The staff were super friendly, super helpful & gave us lots of good advice / recommendations. They also helped us to book taxis. There was free filtered water in communal areas for guests to use / fill up their water bottles. The bed & pillows were of good quality & very comfortable. There is a little supermarket near to the accommodation which has everything you could need & is open 7 days a week until late. There is a bus stop very near to the hotel which takes you straight into the centre of Palma if you don't fancy the 30 minute walk.

The apartment was comfortable and stylish, the shared outside space was fab, the location in terms of transport was great and all the staff were super helpful

Big, clean and beautiful Apartment with the friendliest stuff that helped us with everything:) also easy access to the city center by bus and walking to Catalina in just 10 minutes

The staff were extremely attentive to client needs e.g booking taxi's, providing recommendations, allowing flexible check in times, beach towels ecc. We felt that every request was considered.

Nicely furnished apartment. Mostly very quiet but suspect few apartments occupied. Great bathroom and well supplied. Kitchen needed one or two pieces of equipment but nothing major missing. Oven gloves!!?

Everything was great. We even got a free early check-in and could do a late check-out. The flat was very spacious and clean. All equipments are available (big hairdryer, ironing board with iron, dishwasher, TV, internet). We'll be back for sure!

Lovely and clean, great space, lovely outdoor spaces at the apartment (penthouse) and the terrace and pool area, a real oasis. Great views of the sea too!

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It is very well furnished and very clean. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. They helped us with renting a car. The apartment has parking which costs 15 euros per night

The staff are absolutely fantastic and work around the clock. It’s well provisioned and you get fully cooled and filtered water in the room. Our kids really liked the pool too, even in February.
