Staff were excellent. Tolo, Cristina, and Tina went beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They made sure to recommend excellent restaurants and provide information for places to visit.

The location is fabulous! Just a short walk away from most attractions and the sea front. It's a lovely historical building in a historical location. The room was very spacious, with a lovely bathroom, all spotlessly clean!

Absolutely incredible and I won’t stay at any other hotel. Wonderful old building in a modern style but still respecting the history of the old palace. Amazing location and incredible staff. The breakfast and food in general was magnificent as well

A beautiful, historical building, in a great location. Room was very comfortable and well appointed and the staff were lovely - efficient and very friendly. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
