The staff was super friendly, and the hotel had plenty of charm! The room was a good size, with a nice big rainshower and very good coffee. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Staff at Nou Baleares were enchanting. The bed was incredibly comfy and very big. I wish I had had time to stay longer as the rooftop terrace looked like a wonderful place to spend a couple of hours reading, and I would have also like to try the gym, hopefully next time I will have more time.

The location is perfect (the city center, with many restaurants, is close). The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and polite.

The staff were exceptional - very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the glass of Cava on arrival! The hotel was very good - nice decor, lovely bar/restaurant and seating area, comfortable beds, clean room and reasonably priced. It was close to a nice coffee place for breakfast, a great market and the Chinatown area. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk.

Loved this hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is just right about 10 minutes to the centre so goodnights sleep. The only thing that let it down was the lift not working as we were on the 3rd floor and because it was Christmas they couldn't do anything about it.
