Hotel Overview

INNSIDE by Meliá Palma Bosque is an urban design hotel located 5 minutes walk from Palma's seafront promenade and 20 minutes walk from Palma Cathedral. It features an outdoor, an indoor, and a children's pool, and an on-site restaurant with a terrace.

The property is amazing! So posh and completely new! the room was super, we found water, slipper and even a very warm nighty! unfortunately we couldn’t use the beautiful pool outside because was too cold but it was satisfying look at it from our room, at least we used the indoor one which was lovely as well! The staff was very kind and always available. for sure it worth the amount of money! plus is less then ten minutes walking from the paseo maritimo and very close to the city Center!

The hotel is situated in a very centered area, the location by itself is a great one for going anywhere in the city. The provided service is great but also the fact that the fridge contains drinks that are free and refilled is a good advantage.

The reception with Lady Stephanie is very welcoming and nice...Pool & Wellness are fantastic, but why close so early? 18.00 hrs is so early, when you come home from the city, a dip in the pool & sauna are so wonderful, can you please change to 19.00.

The hospitality of the hotel is fantastic and from reception till pool, it was exceptional support from staffs. I particularly would like to mention Vadino who was in lobby team. Always have a special touch while we were there and also the life guard in pool is also very pro active. Keep it up guys
